Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and point of sale software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to uphold company standards and policies
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Comfortable performing light cleaning and laundry tasks
- Friendly and courteous manner

Job Duties
- Books guest reservations and coordinates with reservation center
- Registers guests promptly and courteously using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates
- Prepares for group check-ins, check-outs, and VIP arrivals
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Handles confidential guest records with integrity
- Answers and routes calls appropriately and takes accurate messages
- Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager
- Offers and handles wake-up call requests
- Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log
- Replenishes continental breakfast and maintains cleanliness of the area
- Ensures the lobby and common areas are clean
- Performs laundry functions as assigned
- Processes customer payments following established policies
- Promotes hotel services, facilities, outlets, and local events
- Answers guest questions about property amenities and local attractions
- Arranges guest transportation when necessary
- Resolves minor guest complaints and reports major issues
- Completes daily paperwork including cashier reports and cash handling
- Balances cash bag during shift changes
- Uses communication equipment effectively
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
