Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills required

- Physical fitness to handle a physically demanding role

- Prior housekeeping or related experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms and suites are clean, fresh, and welcoming
- Assist guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions
- Keep supervisors informed about room service progress and any repair needs
- Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste
- Log and manage lost and found items according to procedures
- Wear uniform with pride and maintain professional appearance
- Collaborate with housekeeping team and other departments to ensure excellent quality and service
- Assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties as assigned
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support hotel operations
