Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand direction in English
- Ability to walk or stand for 100 percent of the work day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs independently and push or pull carts and trays weighing up to 100lbs
- Minimum of one year restaurant senior living or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and operational organization at all times
- Set up the dish and pot washing area
- Prepare for dish washing and wash pots dishes and utensils
- Clean and sanitize production equipment work surfaces and other kitchen areas including mopping and sweeping according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Empty trash containers as required
- Assist with meal deliveries and delivery process as needed
- Work buffet line as needed
