The position under consideration is Food & Beverage Server, hired through Brown-Forman Reserve Power, a temporary workforce program designed to meet fluctuating business needs. This role supports the Food Services team, whose mission is to provide exceptional service to Brown-Forman executives, employees, and guests across the company’s corporate campus. Serving hours typically range from 32 to 40 per week, with peak activity on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and compensation is set competitively at $20.00 per hour.
In this role, team members operate across four dining outlets and participate in corporate catering and special events, offering vibrant, authentic dining experiences that align with Brown-Forman’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include delivering genuine hospitality, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and performing duties such as serving food and beverages, stocking and organizing supplies, polishing flatware and glassware, bussing tables, and expediting food service according to established checklists.
This position also involves supporting safety and cleanliness standards in the dining environment, ensuring the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, and contributing to the overall positive culture of Brown-Forman through exemplary customer service. The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service and has a passion for timely, attentive, and friendly service.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
- Passion for providing timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and events
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Valid certifications in Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling or able to obtain within 90 days
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
- Passion for providing timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and events
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Valid certifications in Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling or able to obtain within 90 days
- Experience in bartending or fine dining service
- Restaurant point-of-sale experience
Job Duties
- Delivering genuine hospitality and exceptional service while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Service of food and beverage as well as stocking, polishing flatware and glassware, setting, bussing tables, and expediting food per the established side work checklist
- Set up and service for catering and other special events
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and team
