This is an onsite role with an estimated hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00, accompanied by eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The teller will be responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately balanced. Operating teller drawers in both lobby and drive-up settings, the teller will provide efficient, friendly service to customers and bank personnel.

Beyond transactional duties, the role involves identifying potential cross-sell opportunities, facilitating connections between customers and appropriate bank personnel, and developing vigilance in recognizing potential fraud. Maintaining compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and upholding the established Wintrust culture are paramount.
