We are immediately hiring a full-time Store Merchandising Supervisor to join our store team in Charter Township, MI. This role is essential to our store operations and sales success. As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will be the expert in your assigned departments and responsible for executing sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include ensuring product presentation meets company and brand standards through accurate and timely merchandising processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining appropriate product levels on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing stock based on sales trends and seasonal changes.

Additionally, you will execute pricing activities such as price changes, sign updates, and ticketing with precision and efficiency. Protecting company assets by following product protection standards and minimizing product loss is a critical aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for supporting the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and the use of merchandising tools, helping the team maintain high standards aligned with Kohl's brand. Collaboration is vital; therefore, you will partner with other associates to merchandise incoming products efficiently, always prioritizing the customer experience.
