This role is crucial to the store's success as the Merchandising Supervisor will be the expert in merchandising and leadership. - Previous retail merchandising experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to coach and train associates
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in person

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Executing store merchandising standards, following visual merchandising direction and accomplishing product presentation
- Making decisions about and adaptations to merchandising direction based on layout, adjacencies and needs of the store
- Maintaining a well recovered selling floor where product is displayed in a manner that is clear, easy to understand and compelling to the customer
- Maintaining appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
- Coaching, teaching and training merchandising associates to accurately and efficiently execute company merchandising direction to brand standards
- Executing pricing activities in store, ensuring that price changes, sign changes and ticketing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools adhering to Kohl’s brand standards
- Supporting and partnering with the Operations team on merchandising incoming product, ensuring efficient execution
