The Store Manager Trainee role at ALDI is a full-time career opportunity aimed at developing aspiring retail leaders. With an estimated workweek of 45 hours and a starting wage of $29.50 per hour, this position offers a structured path towards becoming a Store Manager with an earning potential of up to $113,000 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonuses. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior retail experience
  • prior management experience
  • ability to travel within divisional requirements for training
  • capability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating manual and electric equipment
  • flexibility to train at multiple store locations
  • ability to work full-time 45 hours per week
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to comply with company drug test, motor vehicle report, and reference checks

Job Duties
