Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- hand use including grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- ability to safely use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- completion of 90-day probationary period
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months retail experience
- thorough product knowledge
- working knowledge and application of merchandising expectations
- understanding of quality goals, policies and procedures
- basic math skills for recipe conversions and modifications

Job Duties
- measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- form, cut, mold, shape, and bake dough
- monitor cooking completion times and set heat and humidity temperatures for proof box
- check product to ensure it meets quality standards
- complete temp, sweep, and sanitation logs
- arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs
- model suggestive selling techniques
- answer phones and pages promptly and courteously
- maximize sales potential through prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follow health and sanitation standards and safe work practices
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- maintain equipment according to cleanliness and safety standards
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- report safety hazards and violations immediately
- perform other duties as assigned by management
