The Store Associate role at ALDI is a full-time position offering an average of 30 or more hours per week, beginning at a competitive starting wage of $18.50 per hour. The role demands a high level of physical activity, requiring employees to lift products up to 45 pounds and work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments. The position also involves operating various store equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers. You will work closely with store management to identify and resolve operational issues, maintain inventory procedures, and meet goals related to operational efficiency and total loss reduction.
