Full-Time Store Associate

Wage increases are structured to reward longevity, with annual adjustments up to $20.50 by year five.

As a store associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and that customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products according to company planograms, cashiering with accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. You will be an integral part of the ALDI team, working collaboratively with store management and co-workers to achieve operational goals such as minimizing product loss, maximizing sales, and providing a safe and inviting shopping environment. Your role will also include completing curbside pickup orders, ensuring timely and accurate retrieval and delivery of items to customers’ vehicles.

This position requires not only physical stamina to stock products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate equipment like cash registers, pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers, but also attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
