Full-Time Store Associate

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play an integral role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers. Working 30 or more hours per week with a starting wage of $20.50 per hour and structured wage increases up to $22.50 by the fifth year, this position offers a competitive pay scale. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products accurately and neatly according to planograms, operating the point-of-sale system efficiently, and assisting customers with courtesy and professionalism. You will also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, meeting inventory and safety standards, and supporting the management team in operational goals such as loss prevention and efficiency. This role requires physical stamina to handle duties involving lifting up to 45 pounds, operating various store equipment such as registers, pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers, and working in different temperature environments including freezers and coolers.
