Full-Time Store Associate

The position of Store Associate at ALDI is a full-time role averaging 30 or more hours per week, offering a starting wage of $19.00 per hour with scheduled wage increases in subsequent years, reaching up to $21.00 per hour by year five. This role is integral to maintaining the store's operational excellence and enhancing the customer shopping experience. A Store Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires close collaboration with the ALDI team to ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and appealing to customers while providing prompt, courteous service. This position also includes responsibilities such as operating POS systems, managing inventory and loss prevention, assisting with curbside pickup orders, and supporting safe working environment practices.
