As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring product availability. In this position, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products according to planograms, cashiering with accuracy and adherence to cash handling policies, and performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and inviting store environment. Your work will directly impact the customer shopping experience by making sure aisles are stocked and organized, checkout lines move efficiently, and store standards are consistently met. Additionally, you will assist with curbside pickup orders, carefully retrieving and verifying items for customers, helping ALDI meet growing consumer demands for convenience and safety.

This role demands physical stamina as it includes lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating various store equipment such as floor scrubbers and pallet jacks, and maintaining cleanliness in all store zones including freezer and cooler areas. You will be expected to follow company policies and procedures strictly, from inventory management to safety protocols, supporting store management in achieving operational goals related to efficiency and loss prevention. Your ability to focus on detail, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
