The Store Associate role at ALDI is a full-time position that entails a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the store and an outstanding customer experience. This position averages 30 or more hours per week starting at a competitive wage of $18.50 per hour, with scheduled wage increases across subsequent years offering up to $20.50 per hour in the fifth year. As a Store Associate, you will be at the heart of the ALDI retail environment, directly influencing customer satisfaction through direct interaction, merchandising expertise, and diligent store upkeep.

Your core duties will include merchandising and stocking products on shelves according to established planograms to maximize sales and maintain an appealing shopping environment.
