Full-Time Store Associate

As a store associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position, offering an average of 30 or more hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour. ALDI provides a structured wage increase program with incremental raises in subsequent years, rewarding dedication and experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products according to planograms to maximize sales, cashiering with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store. In addition, you'll assist with curbside pickup orders, ensuring that customers receive their purchases promptly and correctly.

The role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. By upholding ALDI's customer service principles and operational standards, you will contribute to achieving the store's efficiency and loss prevention goals. The physical nature of the job means you must be comfortable performing tasks such as lifting items up to 45 pounds, pushing and pulling equipment, and working in various temperature environments including freezers and coolers.
