The Store Associate position at ALDI is a full-time role, typically involving 30 or more hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour. Wage increases are structured over the years of service, with increments at Year 2 ($19.00), Year 3 and 4 ($19.50), and Year 5 ($20.50) to reward ongoing dedication and performance.
