Full-Time Store Associate

As a store associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store by ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised, transactions are smoothly processed, and the store environment remains clean and organized. This full-time position offers an average of 30 or more hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, alongside a clear wage progression plan that increases wages up to $20.00 per hour by the fifth year. Your engagement and dedication will significantly contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience by working closely with the ALDI team and embodying the company's customer service principles.

The role requires performing a wide range of duties that include cashiering with accuracy and adherence to company cash handling policies, stocking inventory and following merchandising planograms to maximize sales, and fulfilling curbside pickup orders efficiently to support the evolving needs of ALDI's customers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain store cleanliness, meet zone and merchandising standards consistently, and assist store management with operational and loss prevention goals. Safety is a top priority, so you will also be involved in identifying and addressing any workplace hazards and maintaining proper equipment function.

Physically, the position demands the ability to lift and carry products up to 45 pounds and to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, sitting, standing, and moving throughout various store environments, including freezers and coolers. The job also requires operating different types of store equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
