Full-Time Store Associate

The Store Associate role at ALDI is a full-time position that offers an average of 30 or more hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and inviting store environment. Your duties will include merchandising and stocking products to ensure shelves are full and well-organized according to ALDI's merchandising planograms, cashiering with accuracy and professionalism, and cleaning the store to maintain company standards. This role requires collaboration with the entire ALDI team to support store management goals, promote loss prevention, and create a safe workplace environment.

You will also be responsible for operating the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer purchases and managing product returns or issues with scanning. Handling curbside pickup orders accurately and timely delivery to customers' vehicles are additional critical tasks that help enhance customer satisfaction. The ability to handle physical demands such as lifting products up to 45 pounds, working in various temperature environments including the freezer and cooler sections, and operating store equipment like floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, and cash registers is required.
