Full-Time Store Associate

As a full-time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's overall appearance and ensuring an outstanding shopping environment for all customers. This position involves a combination of duties, including merchandising and stocking products according to carefully planned displays, cashiering at the point-of-sale system, and performing cleaning tasks to keep the store clean and orderly. Working collaboratively as part of the ALDI team, you will contribute directly to enhancing the customer experience by providing courteous and efficient service, responding to customer needs, and upholding all company standards.

This full-time role offers an average of 30 or more hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, and progressive wage increases up to $20.00 per hour by the fifth year. The position requires physical activity such as lifting products weighing up to 45 pounds, moving throughout the store, and operating various equipment including cash registers and cleaning machines. Your responsibilities will encompass executing cash handling policies, assisting in curbside pickup orders, following merchandising planograms to maximize sales, and supporting store management in achieving operational and loss control goals.
