Your primary responsibility will encompass merchandising and stocking products, ensuring shelves are neatly arranged and displays are attractive following detailed merchandising planograms designed to maximize sales. You will handle cashiering duties, operating the point-of-sale system accurately to process customer purchases while adhering to cash policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and awareness will be critical in identifying and reporting outdated or damaged products, minimizing store losses, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Beyond stocking and cashiering, you will complete curbside pickup orders efficiently, verifying that orders are accurate and ensuring timely delivery to customers’ vehicles—a key service enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will also contribute to maintaining store zone and merchandising standards, assist management with operational efficiency and loss goals, and always comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Physical demands of the role include lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds, working in various temperature conditions including freezer and cooler environments, and operating standard store equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
