As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in elevating the customer shopping journey. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products to ensure shelves are tidy and full, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for smooth transactions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will help uphold merchandising standards and zone standards, ensuring that the store not only looks inviting but also maximizes sales potential by following established planograms. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
  • Ability to stand, sit, reach, grasp, twist, and bend as required
  • Ability to operate equipment such as floor scrubbers and cardboard balers
  • Availability for full-time 30 or more hours per week
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment

  • Open additional check lanes following line policies to ensure efficient checkout
  • Stock shelves neatly following merchandising planograms
  • Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely
  • Maintain zone and merchandising standards
  • Assist management in operational efficiency and total loss goals
  • Comply with company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards
