The Store Associate role at ALDI is a full-time position offering an average of 30 or more hours weekly, starting at a wage of $18.00 per hour with structured wage increases up to $20.00 per hour by the fifth year. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and remains inviting to customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products to keep the shelves well-organized and attractive according to merchandising planograms designed to optimize sales. Additionally, you will handle cashier duties, utilizing the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.

The role also involves maintaining store cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks to company standards and ensuring the store looks its best at all times. You will assist with curbside pickup orders by retrieving and verifying items promptly and coordinating deliveries to customer vehicles efficiently. Collaboration within the ALDI team is essential, as you will work closely with store management and other associates to meet operational efficiency goals, reduce product loss, and uphold safety standards.

Physically, the work demands activities like pushing, pulling, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating various store equipment including cash registers, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
