As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a critical role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers by ensuring the store is fully stocked, clean, and well-merchandised. This full-time position offers average hours of 30+ per week, starting at $19.50 per hour, with scheduled wage increases annually, rewarding employee loyalty and performance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering duties where accuracy and adherence to cash handling policies are paramount, alongside merchandising shelves according to company planograms designed to maximize sales opportunities. You will also facilitate curbside pickup orders, offering a seamless and convenient service for customers.

You will assist in managing store losses by identifying outdated or damaged products and always promote a safe working environment by being attentive to potential hazards. Physical stamina is important as the role involves tasks such as lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating various equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers, and working in different temperature zones including freezers.
