The Stockroom Operations Supervisor at Kohl’s is a pivotal member of the store team, carrying the responsibility of maintaining efficient stockroom operations while supporting overall sales floor activities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively engage with customers and team members alike, ensuring everyone feels respected, appreciated, and rewarded for their contributions. The Supervisor not only manages inventory but also plays an active role in customer interactions by informing them about the current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and ongoing events. By supporting operational processes such as fitting rooms and point of sale, the Supervisor helps maintain a seamless and enjoyable shopping environment.

In this position, you will also focus on building strong customer connections and delivering authentic hospitality experiences that reinforce Kohl's reputation for excellent service. Additionally, the Supervisor observes associate performance and provides constructive feedback collaboratively with Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement within the team. The role also includes key tasks such as onboarding, training, and developing associates to promote their growth within the company. An important aspect of the role is assisting customers with Kohl’s Card services, including opening and activating applications to help customers save money.
