Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Engaging and connecting with customers, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
- Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
- Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
- Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager
- Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
- Onboarding, training and developing associates
