We are currently IMMEDIATELY HIRING a full-time Stockroom Operations Supervisor to join our store team located in Medford, MA. This role is vital for ensuring smooth and efficient stockroom operations that directly contribute to the high standards of customer service Kohl's is known for. As a Stockroom Operations Supervisor, you will play an important role in training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes with the goal of maximizing productivity and operational efficiency. You will also engage with customers, helping to create an inviting atmosphere by making everyone feel respected and valued. Your role includes informing customers about current merchandise assortments, store promotions, and events, thereby enhancing their shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond the stockroom as you actively support the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and all operational processes, ensuring a cohesive and consistent customer experience. You will be instrumental in building strong customer connections and delivering an authentic hospitality experience, reflecting Kohl's commitment to quality service. Additionally, you will observe associate performance, providing feedback and partnering with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to foster associate development. You will also assist customers with Kohl's Card by opening and activating card applications, helping them save money while promoting in-store loyalty.
