Job Requirements
- Valid Riverside County Food Handler's Certificate
- At least one year of supervisory experience in stewarding or culinary support
- Ability to lead and manage a team independently
- Strong communication skills to interpret and execute instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
- Ability to traverse long distances on property during shifts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
- Experience operating golf carts with trailer attachments
Job Qualifications
- Current and valid Riverside County Food Handler's Certificate
- Minimum one year of supervisory-level experience within a high-volume stewarding or culinary support environment
- Proven capability to independently lead, direct, and manage a team effectively in the absence of the Stewarding Manager
- Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute complex written and verbal instructions with precise detail
- Demonstrated skill in operating resort vehicles, specifically a golf cart with a trailer attachment
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee the stewarding team
- Coordinate the critical movement of supplies, equipment, and resources to support diverse hotel venues and events
- Conduct meticulous inspections of staff performance and production
- Strictly uphold the highest sanitation and cleaning protocols
- Take the initiative in training new colleagues
- Assist with scheduling
- Support the Stewarding Manager in all facets of daily department management
