Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of culinary experience preferably in a hotel or large-scale food service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Commitment to upholding Hilton’s core values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen leadership roles such as sous chef or similar
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of menu development and food production
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with health safety and sanitation regulations in hospitality
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in banquet and outlet kitchen operations advantageous
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team operations providing hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff with a focus on outlets or banquets
- Oversee production and service managing daily kitchen operations including creating and monitoring production lists completing line checks and expediting service periods
- Enhance menu offerings by developing and implementing seasonal menus promotional features and daily specials
- Promote cross-department collaboration fostering positive relationships between front of house and back of house teams
- Provide administrative support assisting with inventory management ordering and scheduling
