Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Availability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed
- Good communication skills and punctuality

- Support the shop by coordinating positions and managing breaks
- Coach Broistas in the moment to perfect their craft and customer connections
- Maintain drink quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Problem solve customer and crew challenges with kindness and speed
- Bridge communication between the crew and Shop Manager to share wins and challenges
- Embody Dutch Bros values by radiating kindness and dedication
- Stay fast and focused to craft high-quality drinks efficiently
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
