Currently, Moldaw Residences is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join its culinary team. This position is integral in delivering an exceptional dining experience for residents, ensuring that every meal serves as a moment of joy and comfort. The role involves full hands-on serving duties within the community’s dining facilities, maintaining high standards of sanitation, food quality, and dining room presentation. Servers at Moldaw Residences are expected to embody the community’s standards at all times, from cleanliness to the appearance of food and the dining environment.

The Dining Room Server will be responsible for setting tables, maintaining organized workstations, taking orders, and providing courteous and attentive service. This position demands a gracious and professional approach to customer interaction, including the ability to answer questions about menu items knowledgeably. The ideal candidate will use proper serving etiquette to create an inviting and pleasant dining atmosphere, contributing positively to the residents’ overall experience.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $22 per hour and requires availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
