As a Full-Time Server at RLC, you will play a vital role beyond merely serving meals; you will contribute to creating meaningful dining experiences that bring joy to our senior residents. The working hours primarily encompass Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the flexibility to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Communication is key in this role, as you’ll interact with residents, guests, and fellow team members, ensuring every meal and dining moment is not just service but an experience marked by kindness and attentiveness.

The server’s responsibilities include greeting residents warmly to set a positive tone for their day, delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch services, explaining menus, taking orders, and anticipating resident needs to personalize each interaction. You'll also maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, manage room service deliveries, and assist in various cleaning duties such as vacuuming and salad bar maintenance. Being attentive to resident comments or concerns and escalating necessary feedback builds a trusting, responsive environment.
