Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months of prior experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of customer service and restaurant operations
- Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Physical ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
- Manual dexterity for carrying trays and balancing items
- Visual acuity to read detailed orders and restaurant environment in varied lighting
- Moderate hearing capabilities
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position of 3 months or longer
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of standard cash-handling procedures
- Fluent in oral and written English

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers
- Serve orders and accommodate special needs or requests
- Maintain attentiveness to customers throughout the dining experience
- Complete restocking and cleaning duties including opening and closing sidework
- Memorize menu items, recipes, and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, waitstation, and kitchen service areas
- Handle guest checks accurately and ensure correct payment processing
- Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly
- Present a clean and professional appearance
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor
