We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join us as Servers within our senior living communities. The Server role is integral in delivering a warm, welcoming dining experience that reflects the high standards of our community. Servers support daily dining operations by providing friendly, timely, and attentive meal service, ensuring that mealtimes are enjoyable and engaging for our residents and guests.

This full-time position is located at 7420 Rolling Brook Dr, Frisco, TX 75034, offering a competitive pay rate of $14-16 per hour, dependent on experience. As a Server, you will play a key role in upholding the quality and reputation of our dining services, working alongside a team that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and delivering exceptional hospitality. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to cleanliness and safety, and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking meal and beverage orders, serving food in a professional and timely manner, maintaining knowledge of daily specials and menus, setting up and cleaning dining areas, practicing proper food handling and sanitation procedures, and supporting the orientation of new servers. You will also assist in maintaining dining room organization and supply placement, contributing to a seamless and comfortable dining atmosphere.
