Job Requirements

- Ability to work full-time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Passion for beauty and customer service

Job Duties
- Leading the beauty team to drive sales and deliver a positive and compelling client experience through an authentic passion for beauty
- Acting as the main point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora training team, and other partners
- communicating all initiatives and store needs between all parties
- Building strong culture within the department and team through recognition programs rewarding hospitality and sales
- Ensuring beauty associates complete all required training and working with Store Manager and Sephora partners to identify additional training opportunities beauty associates may need
- Helping the team to learn and expand their knowledge within the beauty industry
