The Security Officer role at Comstock, specifically for ParkX Management, plays a crucial part in ensuring that the facility runs smoothly, safely, and remains a welcoming environment for residents, tenants, and guests alike. This position is vital to maintaining the security, cleanliness, and overall positive experience within the property. This role is designed for individuals who are highly credible, trustworthy, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. The Security Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks including performing hourly patrols using the security system, controlling access for guests, tenants, and vendors, observing and reporting safety concerns, and enforcing property rules such as the prohibition of dogs on the plaza. Additionally, the role involves issuing and maintaining banning notices for rule violators, managing the appearance of plaza kiosks, assisting marketing during events, and ensuring traffic and parking regulations are adhered to. The position requires flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed, reflecting the round-the-clock nature of property security.
