As a Room Attendant at IHG, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company’s high standards of cleanliness and guest service. This role demands physical endurance and strength as you will be on your feet for most of the shift and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds is common. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, including the possibility of night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Your contribution as part of the teamwork dynamic in housekeeping and coordination with other hotel departments will foster an environment of excellent service delivery. Occasional deep cleaning projects and turndown service duties may also be part of your regular tasks. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
  • Basic literacy skills in reading writing and math
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with safety procedures and wear protective equipment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
