Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in hospitality or food service roles
- ability to manage and lead a team
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- experience as a host, server, or cashier
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
- excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- experience with cash handling and MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- experience in high-volume restaurant settings is a plus
