Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance required
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow directions and manage time efficiently
- frequent bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
- frequent standing and walking
- able to work in a standing position for extended periods
- complete basic food handling and alcohol service training
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- minimum 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- completion of three basic courses in Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
- valid food handling training and required certifications
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- excellent guest service skills
- accurate cash handling and basic math ability
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- effective conflict resolution skills
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Train and coach team members to serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- interact verbally with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- complete assigned administrative functions
- ensure cash handling procedures follow company and brand policy
- manage alcohol service according to state and federal laws
- conduct regular inventory and ordering
- accept and audit deliveries
- adhere to budgets to increase profits through cost management and sales growth
- handle complex customer service scenarios
- enforce dress code among team members
- learn and follow Cinemark guidelines and policies
- report employee relations issues appropriately
- maintain high work ethic and code of conduct
- sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- utilize personal protective equipment during tasks
- address safety or security issues
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
