The Receptionist role at Centric Title & Escrow is a vital position that ensures the smooth operation of the office and provides an excellent first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role involves providing comprehensive general office support through various clerical duties and tasks that facilitate the company's day-to-day administrative functions. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and professionally, handling incoming phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and managing mail distribution efficiently. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with office supply requisitions and maintain organized filing systems for branch clerical records.

This position requires an individual with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the capacity to work independently, demonstrating good problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities. The Receptionist should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, capable of handling high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and a customer/client-focused attitude.

Job Duties

  • Greets customers
  • answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person and transfers to voice mails as necessary
  • receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
  • organizes and maintains file systems of branch clerical records
  • opens orders as necessary
  • coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mails services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • assists in clerical support to the branch, as assigned
