The Front Desk Receptionist position at Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a vital role responsible for being the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $21.30 and operates primarily on a Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturdays required. The Front Desk Receptionist supports daily front office operations and ensures that patients receive a warm welcome and efficient service. The receptionist schedules appointments, answers phones, registers patients by accurately recording demographic information, and collects payments. They assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources, playing a key role in maintaining smooth clinic flow and improving access to care.

Additionally, the receptionist assists the clinical staff by supporting efforts to address clinical quality measure gaps. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and waiting area is essential to creating a positive experience for patients.
