The Receptionist position at Toyota of Irving is a full-time role critical to the overall operation and smooth flow of the dealership’s daily business. The receptionist acts as the first point of contact for everyone entering the establishment, creating a positive impression by greeting and assisting customers and guests with professionalism and warmth. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. You will be responsible for managing incoming telephone calls, coordinating appointments, maintaining calendars and follow-up systems, and supporting communication through e-mail. Keeping the reception area clean and tidy, providing hospitality such as coffee and cookies, and ensuring filing and workspace organization are also vital duties.

This position requires someone who can independently prioritize their workload, find effective solutions to challenges as they arise, and work with minimal supervision. Flexibility is essential as shift schedules may vary between daytime and evening hours, and you must be willing to work some Saturdays—about 1 to 2 times per month—to meet business needs. Having a bilingual skill set, particularly in English and Spanish, is highly preferred, as it helps enhance communication with the diverse customer base served at the dealership.

Job Requirements
