The company is committed not only to delivering exceptional service but also to supporting communities through initiatives aimed at creating safe and affordable housing, enhancing community spaces, nurturing skilled trade professionals, and providing disaster relief where needed. Employing approximately 300,000 associates nationwide, Lowe's values diversity and inclusivity, actively seeking to engage bilingual individuals, veterans, and military talent.

For stores classified as Pro Fulfillment stores, additional duties entail using the Orders App to prepare and stage delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and safe loading practices, and proactively communicating with customers to guarantee delivery satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.77, with pay rates potentially varying based on location, education, training, and experience. Lowe's understands the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling that may include morning, evening, or overnight shifts to meet store demands. The company also prioritizes associate well-being through comprehensive benefits such as multiple health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase programs, and substantial employee discounts.

Joining Lowe's means becoming part of a supportive team dedicated to personal and professional growth. With access to learning and development resources, associates can enhance their skills and advance their careers within a Fortune 100 powerhouse. The Receiver/Stocker role is a perfect fit for individuals who enjoy a physically active work environment, take pride in teamwork, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service while contributing to the success of a major retail operation.
