Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- Use of hand motions including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach regularly
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Work in temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and ladders
- Completion of first 90 days of employment (for eligibility for base rate increase)
- Must be appropriately groomed and dressed
- Must be punctual and ready to work
Job Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required
- Effective time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to deliver information clearly and respectfully to team members, customers, and vendors
- Ability to meet customer service expectations in all interactions

Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- Assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
- Follow and comply with established procedures including health and sanitation, safe work practices, and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations
- Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
