This position demands a proactive approach to reporting damages, unusual occurrences, and safety concerns to management, contributing significantly to both the safety and security of the building. The Porter will also frequently interact with guests and residents, handling their requests with professionalism and courtesy, thereby playing a vital role in the overall guest experience. The company culture at Columbia Hospitality strongly supports continuous development and community involvement, encouraging employees to participate in volunteer opportunities and company committees that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Porters will have access to online learning platforms and diverse third-party perks including discounts on travel, insurance, entertainment, and retail, enhancing the overall employment experience.
