With a diverse portfolio that includes award-winning hotels and resorts, premier residential communities, restaurants and bars, private and public golf clubs, conference centers, and distinctive venues, Columbia Hospitality has established itself as a leader in the industry. The company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture built on accountability, creativity, enthusiasm, honesty, inclusion, and respect. Recognized consistently as one of the Top Companies to Work for in Washington by Seattle Business Magazine and Puget Sound Business Journal, Columbia Hospitality prioritizes creating a fun, dynamic, and nurturing work environment for its team members.

The position available is a full-time Porter role at Cosmopolitan on the Park, a unique residential community located strategically between The Fields Park and Tanner Springs Park in Portland. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service within the property, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a pristine and secure environment. The Porter will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks, support light maintenance needs, and respond swiftly and courteously to resident requests. Employees working in this role receive an attractive hourly pay rate of $26.00 with the added benefit of daily pay options, paid time off, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401K, and health savings/flexible spending account plans with employer contributions.

This role demands flexibility, the ability to work independently while adhering to high standards, and a customer-first attitude. Porters at Cosmopolitan on the Park are expected to assist with tasks such as garbage and recycling disposal, checking spa chemicals, furniture arrangement, and maintaining inventories of housekeeping and maintenance supplies. They also contribute to upholding a safe, secure, and welcoming community by promptly addressing any damages, lost items, security concerns, or unsafe conditions. The company offers an engaging work culture (#OMGLIFE), various employee perks including discounted lodging, dining, spa, golf, retail, and travel benefits, a referral bonus program, volunteer and committee participation opportunities, and online learning platforms to support career growth.

Columbia Hospitality embraces diversity and inclusion, encouraging candidates who are excited about this opportunity but may not meet every qualification to apply. This is part of their commitment to building an authentic and diverse workplace where fresh perspectives are valued and team members are empowered to create exceptional experiences for all. If you have a passion for service, a willingness to take initiative, and an eagerness to grow within a supportive and dynamic team environment, this Porter position at Cosmopolitan on the Park is a compelling opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute meaningfully to one of Portland's most admired residential communities.
