Job Requirements
- previous cleaning experience
- knowledge of general cleaning practices for commercial properties
- strong and effective communicator
- positive and energetic team member
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- excellent leadership skills
- must have a valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- own a smartphone
- willing to pass background screen with no felony, theft, or violence history
- legally eligible to work in the US

Job Duties
- cleaning parking areas including parking lots, parking garages, elevators, vestibules, etc.
- cleaning common areas and eating areas
- cleaning restrooms and interior common areas
- emptying trash
- other cleaning related functions
- following established policies and scope of work
- supporting team members in maintaining property cleanliness
