We are looking to hire a Full-Time Guest Service Representative to join our team at the front desk of this prestigious boutique hotel. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our hotel and serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and attending to guest inquiries and requests via phone and in person. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working first and second shifts as well as weekends and holidays is also part of the role, necessitating flexibility and reliability. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
