The role of Night Auditor at Schulte Hospitality Group is an exciting and vital position combining accounting duties with guest services during overnight shifts. This position requires a detail-oriented, service-minded individual dedicated to maintaining accuracy in financial reporting while providing exceptional guest relations. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing the daily guest ledger, completing end-of-day accounting functions including posting room rates and taxes, confirming the accuracy of charges to guest folios, and balancing revenues from several departments such as rooms and food services. Simultaneously, you will act as an overnight front desk clerk performing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest concerns to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

This role demands multi-tasking abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit. You will be entrusted with organizing the front desk for smooth morning transitions, monitoring hotel security systems, and maintaining the lobby’s ambiance and safety. Working nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to support the continuous operation of the hotel.
