Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely
- Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screen
- Must have an excellent driving history
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and local mandates
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods of time

- Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability
- Familiarity working with and adapting to technology
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely
- Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points
- Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screen
- Drive a non-commercial vehicle throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions
- Must have an excellent driving history
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and local mandates
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials
- Operating a hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle
- Strictly observing operating policies, procedures and service schedules
- Presenting a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction
- Loading and unloading company vehicles with appropriate equipment
- Demonstrating safe and courteous driving behavior
- Conducting pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintaining a clean, neat and orderly vehicle
