The Loss Prevention Supervisor role at Kohl's Sioux Falls, SD store is an immediate full-time opening, offering a pay range of $17.25 to $22.00 per hour. This role is critical for maintaining the safety and security of the store, protecting assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Loss Prevention Supervisor acts as a key member of the store team, with responsibilities that include developing, implementing, and maintaining effective loss prevention programs to reduce theft and increase associate awareness. This position oversees the store's Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and product protection programs, conducts internal investigations and surveillance, apprehends suspects following Kohl's guidelines, and supervises loss prevention associates. Additionally, the supervisor conducts regular inspections to ensure that the store adheres to all policies and procedures.
Candidates for this position should ideally have at least one year of loss prevention or asset protection experience and one year of supervisory experience, which are preferred qualifications.
